We then suggest to you from a long list of possible keywords which ones we reccomend for you to approve. The ones you approve will be the 'target' keywords. 
2. We then conduct onsite SEO to make sure the web site itself is optimised for best results. We will fully explain the work involved before commencing.
3. We then conduct ongoing offsite SEO (link building) to make sure Google can see you have quality and relevant links pointing to your site which is an extremely important factor in Google determining rankings results.
4. We will send you detailed rankings results on the 1st of every month and charge you only if top rankings have been achieved.

The Cost?

Our pay per positions SEO costings are designed to ensure that the client only pays for results and the results will be proven by detailed rankings reports.

• We will charge £45 per 'target' keyword that is on page 1 of Google on the 1st of each month (how many keywords targeted is up to you).
• We will charge £15 per 'target' keyword that is on page 2 of Google on the 1st of each month (of course everyone wants page 1 and that is what we will strive for but research shows that 40% of searchers get to page 2 and that often these more determined searchers are the most ready to buy).
• The above costs are halved after 12 months! (Just £25 per month per page 1 keyword & £7.50 for page 2!)
• Buy out clause - if for any reason you want to cancel the arrangement you can pay a small fee and keep the Google page 1 positions!
